Steps to Approval:

1. Please fill out this Suitability Questionnaire. Once reviewed you will receive a personal password to download information on current investment opportunities.

2. Consult with an immigration attorney to fill out application form I-526 "Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur". We can recommend an EB-5 expert attorney.

3. Fund USD $500,000 investment to escrow account and pay regional center administration fee.

4. Submit form I – 526 application with your attorney to USCIS. Upon approval (normally 2-4 months), if you are living in the U.S. you will submit an "Application to Register Permanent Residency or Adjust status" form I-485. If living abroad, an interview with the U.S. Consular office in your home country is required to receive your Conditional Green Card.

5. Twenty one months later, with your immigration attorney, submit file form I – 829, "Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions and thereby receive Permanent Green Card in 6 to 12 months. (see timeline)
