More Jobs per Investor via the Jobs Bank
Investments will be focused towards opportunities which create an abundance of jobs. By co-investing with experienced developers, asset managers and business operators this allows investments in larger projects which produce a greater number of jobs for the dollars invested, thus substantially reducing the EB-5 job creation compliance risk. Those jobs in excess of the 10 required will be held in a Jobs Bank account for each investor. (see below)
In the event that one of the allocated jobs is unrealized, the Regional Center will use one of the extra jobs created during the same time period that has accumulated in the Jobs Bank to allocate to the investor and replace the job lost.
